"My Daughter Amina made the reservation for us, her parents attending her graduation. We as seniors( I am 67 years young) could not carry our Luggages to the second floor withiout elevator which is a must these days. I checked with the hotel front desk about that, reply was you must let us know that you need the first floor. I said how I know you do not have an elevator, you must state at the reservation that you do not have one and give the customer a choice. Other than that every thing was good.
